A wind advisory did not slow the Golden Eagles down at the Calvin College Knight Inviational.  Cornerstone took first place out of 10 teams edging the hosts by 2 strokes.  The Golden Eagles finished with a team score of 329.  Four golfers finished in the top 20 led by Ben Vanbiesbrouck who finished 2nd overall shooting a 78.  Michael Clark tied for 13th and shot an 83.  Zach Mick and Casey Vandenberg tied for 18th shooting an 84 out of 54 golfers.

Graham Bennett won individual honors shooting a 77 on the day.  This is the best finish for the Golden Eagles in the 2011-2012 season.  The team will travel to Jackson, Mich on Thursday, April 19th before they finish the season with the WHAC tournament.
