Game 1
Cornerstone scored four runs on four hits in the first inning of play today and rode that to a 6-0 shutout of the Saints from Siena Heights. Rachel Doornbos went 2 for 3 with a run scored. Heidi Warmelink went 1 for 3 with an run and an RBI. Warmelink pitched a 4 hit shutout over the Saints.

Game 2
The Golden Eagles opened the second game much like the first scoring five runs in the first inning and seven runs in the third inning of play. Megan Oberst led the Golden Eagles going 2 for 3 with 2 runs and 2 RBI's. Jenna Weight man went. Jenna Weightman went 1 for 2 with runs and 2 RBI's. Heidi Warmelink went the distance and pitched her second consecutive shutout. Cornerstone improves to 6-6 in the WHAC .

Cornerstone will play a double header against Concordia tomorrow with the first game starting at 2:00 p.m.
