The Cornerstone Women's Tennis team opened their season on Thursday August 30 at Bethel College in Mishawaka, IN.  Although the Golden Eagles fell 0-9, there were many very good matches, and the group has shown considerable improvement over last year's team.  Making their college tennis debuts were freshmen Heidi Boesl, who lost a nail-biter at #1 singles, and Ashley Greene, who partnered with Allison Rusticus at #3 Doubles.
