Today, CU athletics continues its women's soccer feature; "Free Kicks with …" Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the season, fans will have an opportunity to get to know the Golden Eagles a bit better through a question-and-answer session. Today, the series continues with senior captain Paige Knott.

Knott, a senior from Zeeland has played in all 7 matches in the midfield in the 2012 campaign for head coach Randy Strawser. Paige brings strength, poise, and depth in the center-mid for the Golden Eagles this season.

The best part about being on the Golden Eagle's Soccer team? The family like environment that is created on the team. 

My earliest soccer memory is … When I played co-ed and I was one of only two girls when I was young.

Other than soccer, my favorite sport to play is … Volleyball.
