Julie Oosterhouse, a sophomore from Byron Center, Mich. set a new school record in the 800 meters with a time of 2:12.95 (6th place). She also ran in three other events that hit the NAIA automatic qualifying mark: 600-meters, distance medley relay, and the 4 x 400-meter relay. Oosterhouse was named WHAC T & F Athlete of the Week for her performances.
