Game Flow

After the 7th tie of the game in the first half with 2:42 remaining Cornerstone closed the half with a 8-0 run to take a 36-28 half-time lead.  Robyn Veltkamp opened the second half with two of her game high 21 points to push the lead to 10.  Clare Conway scored a field goal with 14:28 left in the second half to cut the lead to five but that was a close as the Saints would get.  The Golden Eagles pushed the lead to 14 on four separate occasions.
