GAME FLOW

The Golden Eagles fell behind early in the game and Marygrove had 13-5 lead at the 15:29 mark in the first half. Cornerstone rallied and made a 26-7 run over the next 12 minutes to take an 11 point lead. Cornerstone finished the half up 34-24. The Golden Eagles would make a 19-10 run to start the second half and extended the lead to 53-34 with 10:37 left on the clock. The Mustang would cut the lead to 75-70 with a 3-pointer at the buzzer but the game was never really close down the stretch.
