The Golden Eagles finished their first round but just got started on their second round today before play was suspended again due to heavy thunderstorms.  Chet Vandenberg led the Golden Eagles with a 5 over par 76.  Ben Vanbiesbrouck shot a 78 and Marcus Brussee shot a 79 on the day.  Josh Mick carded an 87 and Alex Lanning finished with an 87 to complete the first round.  Chet Vandenberg is the only Golden Eagles to get in any holes in the second round.  Chet bogied the first hole and birdied the second hole before play was suspended so is even after two holes of play.  Play will resume tomorrow morning as they try to get the second round of play in at the National Championships.
