The men's tennis team nearly got their first team win of the season but fell just a little short.  Hosting the Eagles of Judson University, #4, #5, #6 singles won their matches.  Alex Tarnow got his first win of the season defeating Timon Williams 6-4, 6-1.  Brad Miedema defeated Jeffrey Splinter 6-1, 6-2 and Josh Webb defeated Andrew Moment 6-4, 3-6, (10-5).  Doubles partners Tarnow and Miedema won 9-7.  The #2 singles team of Webb and Selva came close to winning their match but lost 8-6. The Golden Eagles finished the day taking a 5-4 loss.  They will return to action on Sept 15-16 where they will play in the ITA Regionals.
