Cornerstone University's Kim Weaver continues to rack up the stats, recording a triple-double and nearly having two more to be named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Volleyball Player of the Week.

The 6-0 setter from Rockford, Mich. led the Golden Eagles to a 3-0 week. Weaver started the week with 10 kills, 38 assists and nine digs during a 3-0 sweep of #23-ranked Madonna University. She followed with a triple-double, her fourth this year, in a 3-2 win against Concordia University (11 kills, 42 assists, 13 digs). The sophomore finished with 14 kills, 27 assists, and eight digs during a 3-0 win at Lourdes University.

Cornerstone, receiving points in last week's rating, is now 19-1 overall and 5-0 in conference play. Weaver and the Golden Eagles return to the court on Wednesday, Oct. 12 to face WHAC foe University of Michigan-Dearborn.
