The Golden Eagles defeated the Wolves of UM-Dearborn 3-0 (25-18, 25-12, and 25-19)  in the first match of pool play in the WHAC Tournament tonight at Aquinas.  The Golden Eagles used a balanced attack to win the game.  Jodi Grandholm, Libby Webber, and Kate Zwier all had 6 Kills in the match.  Megan April and Abby Miedema had 5 Kills each for Cornerstone.  Ali Prus and Abby Miedema had 15 and 12 digs each for the Golden Eagles.  Cornerstone will return to action tomorrow when they face Siena Heights at noon.  The winner of the pool will advance to the final four on Nov. 11th.
