Wes played basketball from 2010-2014 in which he became the fifth player in men's basketball program history to surpass 2,000 career points. Shooting 45.8% from the field and making 246 threes at 38%. He also ranks second all-time in free throw percentage at 87.7%. Wes led the Golden Eagles to a National Championship in 2011, later winning another one as an assistant coach in 2015. He was a First Team All-American along with being the WHAC Player of the Year with three First Team All-Conference Honors.
