GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Cornerstone is excited to announce the addition of Grand Ledge twins, Adelin and Gracin Patterson to the Golden Eagle women's track & field and women's golf programs. Adelin will join the cross country and track & field programs, while her twin sister Gracin will be part of the women's golf program.
Adelin Patterson Highlights:
Adelin is a mid-distance runner who is excited to join the cross country/track & field program as she looks to build on her high school career. Her best event was the 800m where she recorded a high school PR of 2:38.72. In cross country she has a 5k PR of 19:42.0 she set as a senior, which was nearly two minutes faster than her previous personal record.
Gracin Patterson Highlights:
Gracin Patterson is excited to join the golf team under the direction of Head Coach
Erin Grotenhuis. Gracin was an All-Conference athlete during her time at Grand Ledge and will join the CU program that continues to improve as they most recently broke a program record in their final round of the 2021-22 season.
The Patterson sisters are the daughters of Keith and Stacey Patterson. Adelin is undecided on her major, while Gracin plans to major in Pre-Med with the intention of getting into veterinary school in the future.
