GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Cornerstone returned home for a WHAC matchup against #11 Indiana Tech, possibly the toughest team they'll face in the conference. Men's wrestling came out hot but Tech would eventually take control, ending in a team score of 36-17. Nationally ranked
Trevor Marsman started off the night defeating his opponent by technical fall 18-0, adding yet another win under his belt. In the 133 weight class,
Thomas Zielinski pinned Indiana Tech's Zimani Malomboza almost immediately with 1:55 elapsed time.
Â
The rest of Cornerstone's wrestlers failed to see positive outcomes tonight after a tough invitational last weekend. Indiana Tech is ranked 11th nationally this season and it showed in tonight's match. Cornerstone has just one more WHAC matchup before they prepare for the conference championships down in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 10th.
