GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has released the 2024-25 women's basketball preseason poll, and the Golden Eagles are tabbed to finish second with 143 points, their best preseason ranking under Coach Yonkers. Indiana Tech is tabbed to finish in first with 168 points and 12 first place votes with Concordia tabbed to finish third with 137 points and one first place vote.

Women's Basketball is coming off one of their best seasons under Coach Yonkers where they finished in fourth place with an overall record 16-13 (13-9). The Golden Eagles lost one starter from 2023-24 in Maddi Fulks but returns every key contributor for 2024-25 with additions from a strong recruiting class.
The Golden Eagles open their season at home on Saturday, October 26 where they take on Spring Arbor at 1 p.m. right here in Mol Arena.
