SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The Golden Eagles broke their losing streak with a big win against Lawrence Tech to open up WHAC play. Pulling ahead of the Blue Devils, Cornerstone men's tennis came out on top with a 4-3 victory. CU was led by
Santiago Castellanos who, alongside partner
Luis Felipe Azurduy, cruised past their opponents with a 6-2 victory to open up the night. Castellanos came away with two victories after defeating his opponent during his singles match with a straight two-setter win 6-2 and 6-1. The Golden Eagles will be back in action on April 2nd in Grand Rapids against Indiana Tech.
