ORLANDO, Fla. - On the final day of the spring break trip for women's tennis, they had a match against Winona State and came away with a close 4-3 victory. The Golden Eagles took care of business in doubles, winning all three matches. Cornerstone would then struggle in singles where Winona State made a small comeback but victories from Ximena Matamoros, Sarah Daza, and Hanna De La Vega Sanchez closed the door on any opportunity for Winona. Women's Tennis finished their trip in Florida with an overall record of 5-1 and will look to continue their success as they will take on Davenport on Saturday, March 16 back in Grand Rapids, Mich.
