SYLVANIA, Ohio – After a first-round bye in the WHAC Tournament, Men's Volleyball took on the three seed Indiana Tech for a shot to play in the championship match. It did not go the Golden Eagles way as they got swept by the Warriors in three sets 25-22, 25-19, 25-21. The front line of Indiana Tech proved to be a problem as they forced Cornerstone to hit .176 for the match and out blocking the Golden Eagles 6-1.

- Cornerstone jumped out to a 5-1 lead thanks to a service ace from Ernest Broaster.
- A 5-0 run by the Golden Eagles sees them extend their lead 10-6 thanks to multiple errors from the Warriors.
- A 4-1 run by Indiana Tech diminishes the lead of Cornerstone as it is now 14-13.
- Indiana Tech continued to put the pressure on Cornerstone as another 3-0 run forced them to call a timeout as they took their first lead of the match, 17-15.
- A kill from Andrew Galanes and an ace from Joshua Beaumont tied the match 17-17.
- Errors by the Golden Eagles gave Indiana Tech a 22-19 lead late in the first set.
- Indiana Tech won the first set on a Golden Eagle error, winning 25-22.

- Indiana Tech opened the second set on a 5-0 run before Joshua Beaumont recorded the first point for the Golden Eagles.
- It continued to be all Indiana Tech early in the second set as they lead 9-3.
- A kill by Ernest Broaster cuts into the lead of the Warriors as it is now 12-8.
- Cornerstone is forced to use a timeout as Indiana Tech has extended their lead 18-10.
- Indiana Tech is just three points away from a set two victory, they lead 22-15.
- The Warriors take set two on a service ace, winning 25-19.
- Set Three
- Indiana Tech and Cornerstone battled to start the third set as a kill from Joshua Beaumont made it 3-3.
- A 3-0 run by Cornerstone forced Indiana Tech to call a timeout after kills from David Galanes and Patrick Voloch.
- An Ernest Broaster kill extended the Golden Eagle lead 14-10 halfway through the third set.
- Indiana Tech responded with a 4-0 run to tie the match 14-14.
- The Warriors took the lead over the Golden Eagles 19-18 after a kill.
- Cornerstone and Indiana Tech continued to trade points late in the third set as it is a 22-21 Warrior lead.
- Indiana Tech finished the third set on a 3-0 run to win the set and match, 25-21.
