GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Women's Soccer is back in action this week with two road matches first facing #RV Bethel then heading to Ann Arbor to take on Concordia. The Golden Eagles are coming off a tough 2-0 loss to Trinity Christian but are looking to turn it around with a double match week. Cornerstone will head into this week's matchups with a record of 2-1-1.

Last Week Recap 
Women's Soccer was on the road in a solo match week facing off against Trinity Christian. The match did not go in favor of the Golden Eagles after they were defeated 2-0. After conceding a goal within the first two minutes of the match it was an uphill battle for the Golden Eagles. Cornerstone faces another tough battle in #RV Bethel this week where they will look to get back on scoring terms. 

Scouting Bethel 
#RV Bethel comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with a 4-1 record on the season. The Pilots have scored in every match they have played so far this season. Bethel has also created a theme as they have won all four of their matches with a scoreline of 1-0. The Golden Eagles will have to come prepared to defend as they look to put an end to the Pilots scoring streak so far this season. 
 
Scouting Concordia
Concordia has yet to start off play for the year but are also in a double match week starting off with Rochester Christian on Wednesday and Cornerstone on Saturday. Concordia is coming off a 2-14-2 season in 2023 and will want to get back on track this week starting off their season strong.
