GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference has released the preseason poll for the 2025-26 men's basketball season, and the Golden Eagles have been slated to finish fourth in the conference, earning 107 points with two first place votes. Indiana Tech is tabbed to finish first as they received 133 points and eight first place votes coming off a WHAC regular season championship with Madonna in second with 118 points and one first place vote.

Cornerstone finished third in the conference last year with an overall record of 22-10 (15-5) where they went on to beat UNOH and Indiana Tech to win the WHAC Tournament Championship and earn a spot in the NAIA National Tournament. 
 
Men's basketball opens their season on Halloween as they take on Indiana Wesleyan at 7:30 p.m. in the WHAC/CL Challenge hosted by Cornerstone.
