Last Week Recap
Men's Volleyball played in their final two homme games last week and came away with two dominating victories. The Golden Eagles open played with a 3-0 sweep of Bethel that saw them collect nine aces and 16 blocks in a match that was all Golden Eagles. They would then follow that up with a 3-0 sweep of Goshen that saw them have 15 aces and eight blocks in another great performance. The Golden Eagles seem to be clicking at the right time with the tournament right around the corner.

WHAC Outlook
It is the final week of the regular season and here are the standings for the final two games; Lawrence Tech has dominated all year as they sit in first with a perfect conference record of 14-0. Cornerstone is right behind them securing the second spot with a conference record of 12-2. Lourdes is 8-5, Indiana Tech is 9-6, and Bethel is 7-8 to round out the three, four, and five seeds. The top six teams make it into the tournament with the sixth seed now being Siena Heights. The first round of the tournament doesn't begin until Tuesday, April 15 with the top two seeds not playing until Thursday, April 17 at top seeds gym.

Looking at Siena Heights
Siena Heights comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 11-11 (6-8 WHAC). The Saints have had an up and down season but currently sit in the sixth spot because of a key 3-2 victory over Lourdes earlier in the season. Cornerstone got the best of Siena Heights in their first matchup of the year 3-1 in Mol Arena but look for the Saints to be a sneaky team against the Golden Eagles. On the year, Siena Heights is averaging 10.7 kills per-set while hitting .207. on defense they are averaging 7.7 digs and 2.01 blocks per-set. They are led by Daniel Rua and his 289 kills.

Looking at Lourdes
Lourdes comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 13-9 (9-5) with a matchup with Aquinas before Cornerstone. The Gray Wolves have been the third best team in the conference all season with key losses coming against Indiana Tech on the road and at home against Siena Heights. Cornerstone beat Lourdes for the first time in program history earlier in the year in a 3-1 victory in Mol Arena, but it will be a different story at Lourdes as the final regular season game could be difficult. On the year, Lourdes is averaging 12.5 kills per-set while hitting .252. On defense they are averaging 10.8 digs and 1.4 blocks per-set. They are led by Vinicius Lopes and 282 kills.
