Last Week Recap
Women's Basketball finished off 2025 playing in the Rio Grande Classic and unfortunately went 0-2 with losses to Rio Grande and Coastal Georgia. Despite the losses, Julie Ashbaugh scored a career high 30 points against Coastal Georgia and Jaxi Long dropped 27 points against the Mariners. The Golden Eagles opened 2026 with a 71-54 win over University of Northwestern Ohio. Jaxi Long and Julie Ashbaugh continued to produce as they both recorded double doubles in the victory.

Michigan-Dearborn is 4-10 on the season and 2-6 in WHAC play. The Wolverines are averaging 62.6 points per game while giving up 70.9 points to their opponents per game.
