Fort Wayne, Ind. – Cornerstone University made their way to Indiana Tech to take on the fourth in the WHAC Warriors. Cornerstone sat at fifth in the conference, just ahead of Mount Vernon Nazarene with a record of 6-8 overall.
The first set ended in favor of the Warriors, thanks to seven total service errors by the Golden Eagles, as the rest of the set was relatively even in the attack and defense department. Indiana Tech took set one 25-22. The Golden Eagles were able to cut down on the service errors in set two and hit .400 to take set two 25-16 over the Warriors. Cornerstone was unable to get the offense going in the third set of action, as they only clocked nine kills in the set as Indiana Tech took it 25-15. A couple of four and five-point runs in set four saw the Warriors complete the home win with a fourth set score of 25-15 and a total score of 3-1.
Men's Volleyball will keep it local with a Grand Rapids matchup against the NCAA DIII opponent in Calvin University. This contest will take place on March 4, at Calvin University at 5:00 P.M.

A 4-0 run by Indiana Tech saw the Warriors take the lead in the opening set. The score was 7-5, in favor of Indiana Tech.

JeQuarri Shannon grabbed a kill that kept the game tied up 13-13, about halfway through the set.

Three points in a row by Indiana Tech forced Cornerstone into a timeout, as the Warriors were on top 17-14.

Matthew True put another kill down, as Cornerstone tied it back up 19-19.

Two service errors at the end of the first set by Cornerstone saw Indiana Tech to the win in set one 25-22.

Indiana Tech started off the second set with two attack errors that handed the early lead to Cornerstone 2-0.

Three points in a row for Indiana Tech saw the lead back to the Warriors 4-3.

Another kill by Matthew True handed the lead back to Cornerstone 5-4.

The set kept going back and forth until a 5-1 run by Cornerstone saw the Golden Eagles to a four-point lead 13-9. Indiana Tech took a timeout to pause the onslaught.

Out of the timeout, the Warriors knocked down a kill, but Cornerstone returned the favor with four points in a row to keep the lead 17-10.

The lead was extended to eight points for Cornerstone, thanks to another kill by Matthew True. The score was 20-12 in Cornerstone's favor.

Two errors by Indiana Tech and a service ace by Ryder Roberts completed the set two victory for Cornerstone 25-16.

Three more attack errors by the Golden Eagles increased the deficit for Cornerstone. Indiana Tech led 6-2 in set three.

Cornerstone were unable to make the comeback in set four, as Indiana Tech completed the home win with a fourth set score of 25-15.

16/.303/10 – Matthew True led the way for Cornerstone in the kill department with 16 total kills, as he hit .303 on 33 total attempts in the contest. Additionally, True helped to defend the Cornerstone side with 10 total digs, the second most on Cornerstone's side.
8/3 – Three block assists for Ryder Roberts, as he hit down eight kills on the night as well.
22/4 – Kyle Hortness led the way for Cornerstone in total assists at 22, he followed it up with four digs to help on the defensive side for the Golden Eagles.
