High School: Three year varsity player; helped Gull Lake win three district championships (2 Class B, 1 Class A) and a 64-10 overall record; averaged 13.6ppg, 3.9 assists, 3 rebounds and 3.5 steals her senior year; named Honorable Mention All-State Class A by the Associated Press; named teh SMAC (Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference) East Division MVP, Kalamazoo Gazette All Area A-B first team; helped Gull Lake to a first place tie in the SMAC east division her senior year; named the team's MVP her senior year as she led the team in points, assists and steals per game; Adamski was also a two year varsity soccer player; was a member of the National Honor Society; served as calss president for three years; mantained a 4.056 GPA.
