Favorite Quote: “I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed” –Michael Jordan
Favorite Verse: Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. 8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong 2 Corinthians 12:7-10
Fun Fact: I’m changing my name in June!
Why I’m a CU Eagle: I wanted to be part of something bigger than softball. To me it was more important to be at a university that would build me spiritually and surround me with people that could encourage my own faith as well as build lifelong relationships.
