Josh Sepanik is the Lead Sports Specialist at the Mary Free Bed YMCA, and is serving his fifth season as Assistant and Head Junior Varsity Coach with the Women's Basketball program.

Coach Sepanik has spent the last seven years coaching on the sidelines of local middle schools, high schools, and travel clubs in the Grand Rapids area.
He served as the varsity women's coach at Wellspring Prep from 2015-2017, Rockford's men's freshman basketball team and Assistant Varsity coach from 2017-2018.
Sepanik made the jump to collegiate basketball in 2018 and continues to assist with the recruiting and player development aspect for our Women's Basketball program.
