Ainsley is serving as the Athletics Operations Graduate Assistant. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2025. During her time at IWU she served as the Swim & Dive team Manager. She is pursuing her Master of Business Administration. This last year, she was an assistant coach for Grand Ledge Middle School Track & Field, where she focused on distance. Ainsley enjoys running, hanging out with her family, and watching the University of Michigan athletics.
