Women’s tennis drops match at Spring Arbor

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Golden Eagles travelled down to Spring Arbor today and the Cougars ended up with a 9-0 victory over Cornerstone. The loss drops CU to 0-16 on the year as they have two remaining matches during the regular season. CU will head to Concordia on Friday and then take on Aquinas in the regular season finale.

Doubles Highlights – #2 doubles team Rachel Kono and Nicole Huizinga picked up the Golden Eagles only game win in the doubles competitions.

Singles Highlights –#2 Singles Ashley Greene lost 6-2, 6-3 in her match.

Next Up? Cornerstone travel down Ann Arbor on Friday, April 15th to take on Concordia at 11:00 a.m.
