Women’s Tennis falls in WHAC Quarterfinal

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The 2015-16 season has come to a close for the women's tennis team as they fell to rival Aquinas in the quarterfinals of the WHAC Tournament. The Golden Eagles conclude the campaign with an overall record of 1-18.

Doubles Highlights – The Golden Eagles fell in all three singles matches while only scoring five points among the three courts. CU fell 8-1 at No. 1, No. 3 while falling 8-3 on the second court.

Singles Highlights – Needing only two points to clinch the win, the Saints got two quick wins at No. 1 and No. 5 in singles to claim the match 5-0.

Next Up? Cornerstone concludes the year with an overall record of 1-18.
