GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Golden Eagles returned to Riverview Athletic Club for the second day in a row to take on Lawrence Tech today. Cornerstone fell behind losing two of three doubles to start the match and only Elijah Yi was able to pull off a singles victory as the Golden Eagles lost 7-2 to the Blue Devils.
Doubles Highlights – Santiago Mackrey / Andrew Son jumped out to a 7-0 lead and ended with an 8-4 win over Vincent Colarossi / Robert Saltov.
Singles Highlights – Elijah Yi defeated Sergio Lopez 7-6 (7-5) and 7-6 (7-4) for Cornerstone's only singles victory.
Next Up? Cornerstone will return to action on Tuesday, April 12th at Davenport at 6:00 p.m.
