Cornerstone falls to Lawrence Tech

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Golden Eagles just missed getting a point at #1 doubles today but Lawrence Tech pulled out that win and then went on to sweep Cornerstone to drop the Golden Eagles to 0-3 in WHAC play. CU will return to action on Tuesday when they host Davenport.

Doubles Highlights – Heidi Boesl / Ashley Greene lost a heartbreaker 9-8 in the #1 doubles match to keep the Golden Eagles from earning an early point today.

Singles Highlights – #2 Singles player Ashley Greene lost 6-1, 6-3 to Paige Fallu.

Next Up? Cornerstone travel over to play #16 Davenport on Tuesday, April 12^th at 6:00 p.m.
