LAKELAND, Fla. – The Southeastern Fire, who came into the week receiving votes in the latest NAIA Top-25 poll, were no match for the Golden Eagles as the home team won 9-0. Cornerstone falls to 0-5 on the season as they will take on Ave Maria on Thursday to conclude their spring trip.
 
 
Doubles Highlights: Cornerstone fell 8-1, 8-1 and 8-0 in their three doubles matches with CU grabbing a game in each of the top two courts.
 
 
Singles Highlights: The Fire then controlled the singles play as they won 6-0, 6-0 at five of the six matches and 6-0, 6-1 at the other.
 
 
Next Up? Cornerstone will conclude its spring trip with a match on Thursday against Ave Maria.
