GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Cornerstone opened up WHAC play today against Indiana Tech. The Warriors entered the match with a 6-5 record overall. The Golden Eagles won 7-2 but it was very close in most of the matches. Cornerstone swept the doubles and won 4 of 6 of the singles matches to seal the victory.

Marc Lerch picked up a win against Fernando Sousa after Souza retired in the 2
nd set. #3
Austin Hendrick rallied to defeat Tiago Neves 6-7 (5-7), 6-2, 10-5. #4
Grant Morton won in straight sets 6-3, 6-4 over Mikel Oscoz. #5 Sam Ottoson had a very tough match against Rui Lima but he came out victorious in a 7-5, 6-7 (5-7), 11-9.
