GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Women's tennis team rallied from a 3-0 deficit but came up a little short in a 5-4 loss to Concordia today.  The Golden Eagles lost all 3 doubles matches but bounced back to take four of the six singles matches in the loss. 
 
Doubles Highlights: Lauren Brendel / 
Ana Hoezee had the closest game in an 8-5 loss to Kaylee Tucker / Mackenzie Devine.
Singles Highlights: #1 
Lauren Brendel defeated Kaylee Tucker 6-1, 6-4.  #2 
Hannah Ottosen won her match 6-4, 6-4 over Mackenzie Devine.  #3 
Ana Hoezee had to go to a tiebreaker to win her match 6-7, 6-2, 10-6.  #4 
Sierra Griffith defeated Kaylee Tucker 6-1, 6-1 in her match to give Cornerstone four of the six singles matches.
 
Next Up?  Cornerstone will return to action on Wednesday against Davenport.
