SOUTHFIELD, Mich.. – The Golden Eagles went over to Southfield to take on Lawrence Tech today and the Blue Devils got the best of Cornerstone.  Lawrence Tech was receiving votes in the NAIA and Cornerstone was ranked 20^th going into the match.  The Blue Devils won 2 of 3 doubles and 5 of 6 singles to defeat the Golden Eagles 7-2 in the match.

Doubles Highlights:  Austin Hendrick / Sam Ottosen defeated Jan Horstkoetter / Mason Wenzel 9-8 (8-6) to pick up a double win for Cornerstone. 

Singles Highlights: #1 Marc Lerch won the only singles match for the Golden Eagles defeating Juan Bermudez 6-4, 6-7 (4-7), 7-5.
 
Next Up? The Golden Eagles will finish off the WHAC regular season tomorrow when they host Concordia.
