SYLVANIA, Ohio – After giving up two goals in the first 15 minutes of action, the Golden Eagles took over to pull off a huge comeback victory defeating Lourdes 3-2 on Saturday afternoon. Cornerstone now puts themselves in better position to qualify for the conference tournament, moving to 6-7-0, 2-5-0 WHAC overall. CU will begin a three-game home stretch on Wednesday when they take on UM-Dearborn at 7 p.m.

- Lourdes got off to a quick start scoring just 3:03 into the match with a goal by Isabelle Karamuco, her first of the season.
- The Gray Wolves would score again in the 15thminute, this time on a goal by Jenna Penz to put the Golden Eagles down 2-0.
- Kaylee Phillips scored her third goal of 2018 off an assist from Alexys Riksen in the 42ndminute to cut the deficit to 2-1 at the break.
- Mya Copado scored her first collegiate goal at a crucial time, tallyng a shot that deflected off the far post and in to tie the game at 2-2.
- Kylie Adams found the netl to complete the comeback in the 83rdminute, scoring her fourth on the season off an assist from Meredith Haddad.
- Cornerstone held Lourdes to no shots in the second half.
