Senior Night highlights two-game week for Men's Soccer

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Coming off a pair of big WHAC victories last week, the Golden Eagles will gear up for another two this week. The team will travel to Michigan-Dearborn for a 4:00 p.m. kickoff on Wednesday before returning to Grand Rapids for the home finale on Saturday against WHAC newcomer Cleary. Both matches will have live stats available on cugoldeneagles.com, in addition to Saturday's match having live video and audio available on the CSPN.

Recap of Last Week: Cornerstone earned two shutout victories last week. JuChan Moon's first career goal boosted the team to a 1-0 victory over Siena Heights on Wednesday. Logan Johns scored his first career goal to help the team shut out Lourdes 2-0 on Saturday.

WHAC Tournament Outlook:  Last week's pair of victories gave Cornerstone a comfortable 5-2 record in the WHAC. The team currently sits tied for 4th place in the WHAC alongside Lawrence Tech. The last four games of the season will be pivotal in determining postseason positioning.

Senior Day: Seniors David Mutembezi, James Pipe, Matt Luce, Kachinvya Silwamba, Habin Bang, Richard Areche, Sebastian Ramos, JuChan Moon, Allyn Anthony, and Benjamin Overholt will be honored prior to the game on Saturday.
