Box Score GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The women's tennis team closed out a perfect fall slate as the Golden Eagles downed visiting Roosevelt University by a final of 7-2. The win lifts CU to 3-0 as they head into the middle of the season and will resume play in February.

Singles Highlights: CU then won five of the six singles matches with all of the wins coming in straight sets. Kelley won on Court 2 (6-1, 6-2), Hooker won on Court 3 (6-1, 6-3), N. VerHulst won on Court 4 (6-0, 6-3), A. VerHulst won on Court 5 (6-3, 6-3) and Brendel won on Court 6 (6-0, 6-0).Â
What's Next? Cornerstone is finished with their fall schedule and will open the spring season in February.
