SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The final road trip of the 2018 regular season for the Cornerstone Volleyball team saw the Golden Eagles fall to Lawrence Tech, 3-0. The setback drops CU to 23-9 on the year and 11-5 in the WHAC as they will start a 4-match home-stand on Wednesday vs. UM-Dearborn at 7 p.m.
What you need to know
- Cornerstone had 20 hitting errors in the match and struggled to a .183 hitting percentage after being over .300 last night against Rochester
- CU had a pair of set points in the second but could not close it out
- The loss closes out the road matches for CU in the regular season and Cornerstone finishes with a 6-7 mark in true road matches

Cornerstone will start their final two weeks of the regular season with a match against UM-Dearborn at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24. The last four regular season matches will all be played inside Mol Arena where CU is 13-1 this season.
