MISHAWAKA, Ind. – After outscoring Bethel in each of the first three quarters, Cornerstone would be outscored 21-6 in the fourth resulting in a 62-54 loss. The Golden Eagles have now lost six games this season, five of those being against teams in the Crossroads League. CU will take their 1-6 record into conference play on Wednesday as they travel to receiving votes Rochester College for a 5:30 p.m. tip.

- The Golden Eagles defense shined early, holding Bethel scoreless for nearly four minutes to begin the game.
- Shelby Nyboer scored nine first quarter points to help the Golden Eagles hold a 13-11 lead after the first 10 minutes.
- CU led by as many as eight in the second quarter and took a 33-27 lead into the half.
- Cornerstone went 15-26 from the field in the first half for a 57.7 percentage.
- Bethel began the third quarter on a 6-0 run to tie the game at 33 and force CU into an early timeout.
