LIVONIA, Mich. – A pair of one-win WHAC teams met in Livonia on Monday, in what was a makeup game of last Wednesday's postponement. The Golden Eagles won round one of the season series 74-67 in Mol Arena on December 5. Cornerstone's overall record drops to 2-24 overall, 1-15 WHAC. They'll return to Grand Rapids to play their last home game of the season on Wednesday evening against Michigan-Dearborn for senior night.

- The Golden Eagles would start the game up 7-0 before a 13-0 Madonna run made it 15-15 after the first quarter.
- The Crusaders started the second quarter on a 10-0 run.
- No team led by more than 10 at any point in the game.
- Madonna led by three at halftime and after three quarters of play.
- Down eight with two minutes to go in the game, the Golden Eagles cut the deficit to two, but ultimately fell by five points.
