ORLANDO, Fla. – The Golden Eagles were able to win one of their three doubles matches, but ultimately CU dropped a couple of very close matches within doubles and singles play that resulted in a 7-2 loss to Judson. The guys will play another match tomorrow against Cedarville University. Tomorrow will mark the forth of six straight match days in a row on their trip to Florida. 
Doubles Highlights– Cornerstone started off doubles in tough battles at No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 doubles, only winning the No. 2 doubles match. A battle that was particularly tough was the match played by 
John Cocoma and 
Mateo Jimenez, at No. 2 doubles. The match played by these two was pushed to a seven-point tie-breaker after Judson tied the match at 8 games. Cornerstone's No. 2 doubles flights was able to win the tie-breaker 7-5, giving CU the win. 
 
Singles Highlights– CU faced more difficult competition within the singles flights. The Golden Eagles won the No. 4 singles spot. This intense three set match, despite being the only singles win, proved to be an exciting one. Aliaksei Kanstansina, No. 4 singles, lost the first set 2-6 but was able to fight back and win the next two sets 7-6, 7-5 giving him the match. 
Cornerstone will continue their play down south in Orlando, Florida against Cedarville University in Kissimmee, Florida.
