GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Golden Eagle women's tennis team is excited to welcome their newest member and first varsity addition to the class of 2022-23 as Sarah Daniela Daza Obando joins the program. She is a native of Bogota Columbia where she attended Harvard School. She was an Honorable Mention for Academic Excellence during her high school tennis career and she is excited to continue her career in college as a Golden Eagle. 
 
Sarah is the daughter of Orlando Daza Triana and Patricia Alexandra Obando Currea and she plans to major in graphic design during her time at Cornerstone. 
 
Why Cornerstone?
"I chose Cornerstone because I saw the values and the fundamentals that they have. I loved the campus and of course the tennis team gave me a lot of confidence since the first time I met them. I imagined myself being part of a Christian community and I was totally sure that was the correct way to start my academic and tennis process."
