GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Cornerstone Men's Soccer is sitting in 10th place in the WHAC coming into the last week of the regular season. They are sitting just two points behind Lourdes for the final spot for the WHAC Tournament and Rochester is sitting one just one point ahead of Cornerstone for the 9th spot, meaning this is an important final two games for the men's soccer team. The Golden Eagles travel to Rochester on Wednesday, October 26 for a 1 p.m. game and then are back home for the final regular season game host Concordia on Saturday, October 29 at 3 p.m.

WHAC Standings 
This is an important last week of the season for the Golden Eagles as they have a chance to sneak into the final spot for the WHAC Tournament. Sitting one point ahead of Cornerstone is Rochester for the 9th spot and two points ahead of Cornerstone is Lourdes sitting in the 8th and final spot for the WHAC Tournament. Lourdes holds the tie breaker over Cornerstone in case of a tie for the 8th and final spot. 

Scouting Rochester 
Rochester comes into the matchup 6-8-2 (2-5-2) and sitting just one point ahead of Cornerstone coming into the game. The Warriors are coming off a 3-1 victory over Concordia where leading goal scorer for Rochester, Dmitar Stankovic scored two more goals making his total on the year up to 12. Luis Koleci is in second with five goals scored on the season.

Scouting Concordia
Concordia comes into week currently sitting at 2-13 (1-8) as they face off against UNOH on Wednesday before coming to Cornerstone on Saturday. They are coming off a loss against Rochester 3-1 this past Saturday. Concordia has only scored 10 goals on the season and half of those goals have been scored by Freshman Bryce Ferrin.
