Women's Basketball uses a huge fourth quarter to come back and defeat Aquinas 63-60

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Cornerstone traveled down the road to rival Aquinas and struggled for the first three quarters of the game. Cornerstone was down 11 at the start of the fourth quarter and outscored the Saints 22-8 in the quarter for a 63-60 victory. Huge baskets one after the other in the fourth quarter on top of their defense, helped get them past Aquinas. What a huge win for the Golden Eagles as they lost on a heartbreaking 2 OT game against Rochester this past Wednesday. Cornerstone is now 8-8 (7-2 WHAC) on the season as they return home on Wednesday, January 11 to face off against Lawrence Tech.
