The Golden Eagles had two matches last week and finished the week 1-1. Cornerstone started off their week against Lawrence Tech on the road. Dani Carrillo scored for the Golden Eagles in the first half of the match, but the defense could not hold up against the Blue Devils who scored two second half goals and took the match 2-1. Cornerstone then took on winless Defiance who have struggled heavily so far this season. It was the same story for the Yellow Jackets as Cornerstone dominated in a 7-1 victory led by Tyler Corstange who recorded a hattrick for the Golden Eagles. 
 
Scouting Siena Heights
Siena Heights comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 1-13-2 (0-8-2) on the year, sitting in 12^thplace in the conference just ahead of Defiance.
