It is a tough week ahead for the Golden Eagles as they are set to host #12 Aquinas on Wednesday, October 30 before ending the week on the road against Madonna on Friday, November 1. There are two weeks left in the regular season for women's volleyball as they sit with an overall record of 17-9 (9-5) on the year.

Women's Volleyball traveled to Ohio for the weekend to face off against Lourdes and Defiance. The Golden Eagles opened their trip with a 3-0 sweep of Lourdes behind
Kylie Barron's and
Aubrey Johnson's 11 kills. They would then end their trip with a 3-0 sweep of Defiance in which they came from behind in each set to win.
Aubrey Johnson led the way in that match with 17 kills and 19 digs.
WHAC Outlook
It's the final two weeks of the regular season for women's volleyball as each team has four matches remaining. Aquinas continues to lead the pack with a perfect 14-0 record leading Indiana Tech by one as they are 13-1. Siena Heights sits alone in third at 11-3 with Lawrence Tech in fourth at 10-4. Cornerstone is alone in fifth at 9-5 as this year the top 10 teams in the conference make the WHAC Tournament.
Scouting #14 Aquinas
Aquinas comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles riding a 24-match win streak in which they have won 50 straight sets as their record is 32-1. The impressive season continues for the Saints as they were the first team in the NAIA to reach 30 wins as they currently sit first in the NAIA at 18.8 points per-set. They also rank third in kills with 1,496, ninth at 13.72 kills per-set, first with a hitting percentage .289, and 12
th with 12.75 assists per-set. They continue to be led by Mallory Keller as she has 417 kills on the year while being set by Lydia Harper.
Scouting Madonna
Madonna comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 10-14 as they are coming off losses to Indiana Tech and UNOH. Madonna found their stride as they won five of their last six matches before falling in both matches last week. The Crusaders continue to play every team tough to close out the year. They are led by Kira Buza and Hannah Keenan who have 230 and 226 kills on the year.
