ADA, Mich. – Men's Golf competed in the Taylor Invite at Egypt Valley Country Club for their last fall competition of the season. After the first day, the Golden Eagles were sitting in third place after rounds of 324 and 313 led by
Landon Wanless's 77/75, eight-over par. Egypt Valley continued to prove its difficulty on the final day with Cornerstone shooting a round of 323 behind
Logan Melcher's 78 (+6). Taylor dominated all tournament, finishing as a team with an overall score of 73-over par while the Golden Eagles held onto their third-place finish.
Landon Wanless highlights the Golden Eagles as he places fifth for the tournament with rounds of 77/75/80 to finish 16-over par.
Logan Melcher also finished 11
th in the tournament with rounds of 78/81/78 to finish 21-over par. The Golden Eagles wrap up their fall season and will return to the course next spring.
