Cornerstone opens the week facing off against Aquinas on Wednesday, February 21 and finish the week against Rochester on Saturday, February 24. The Golden Eagles are currently 19-7 (15-5) on the season, currently tied for second in the WHAC standings.

Last Week Recap
Men's Basketball extended their win streak to nine with two more wins last week. They opened their week with a 95-63 victory over Cleary behind
Cory Ainsworth's 21 points. They finished the week with a tough victory over Lawrence Tech 78-69. Those wins move Cornerstone tied for second in the WHAC standings with two important road games at Aquinas and Rochester.
WHAC Outlook
Madonna locked up conference champion over the weekend thanks to another Lourdes loss. With that loss, Cornerstone is now tied with them in second spot with an overall conference record of 15-5. Indiana Tech remains one game back of the second spot with a record of 14-6 and Lawrence Tech is currently fifth at 13-7. The Golden Eagles need to win at least one game this week to lock up a first round home game in the WHAC Tournament.
Looking at Aquinas
Aquinas comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 13-13 (10-10), losing their last two games. In their last two losses, they lost by two both times as they continue to play top teams tough. Cornerstone got the best of the Saints in their first matchup, winning 85-64 behind
Luke Rowlinson's 21 points. Aquinas is led by Donovan Brown-Boyd as he is averaging 17.6 points on 42% shooting a game.
Looking at Rochester
Rochester comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 17-9 (12-8) as they will take on Lourdes to open the week. Rochester has played extremely well at home this season, playing to a 13-2 record as Cornerstone will have a tough last road matchup.
