GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Golden Eagles took their momentum from last week's match into tonight as they won their second straight WHAC match. With a final score of 4-3, Cornerstone was able to edge past Indiana Tech with wins from the doubles of Ximena Matamoros/Renata Castillo and Camila Ibarra/Hannah De La Vega Sanchez. Ximena Matamoros was also able to make quick work of her singles opponent, winning 6-2, 6-2. The Golden Eagles were able to secure their victory by ending the night with a huge win from Hanna De La Vega Sanchez. Cornerstone will continue WHAC play against neighbor school, Aquinas, on April 5th here in Grand Rapids Michigan.
